Enrollment

Thank you for deciding to enroll with A+ Arts Academy for the 2024-2025 school year! To complete an application, please click the buttons below for the campus you are interested in enrolling. Application forms will open in a new browser window. Once the application is completed you have the option to print a copy for yourself and then select the submit button. The application will then be sent directly to the school. Someone from the school will contact you after the application has been reviewed. Thank you again for your interest in A+ Arts Academy!

If you’re planning to enroll for 23-24 school year contact the school directly.

Documents required for enrollment are:

  • State-issued identification (parent and/or student)

  • Student's birth certificate

  • Proof of address (i.e. current utility bill, current lease, bank statement, etc.)

  • Proof of income (students 18 and over)

  • Current vaccination record

  • Student's official transcripts

  • Withdrawal letter from student's most recent school previously attended

  • Proof of guardianship, if applicable
